Aplo is pre-alpha with no self-serve signup. Publishing a price before the model is validated would anchor prospects, get quoted back in negotiations, and be cited by third parties who won't notice the correction.
There is nothing this page needs to do yet that the waitlist doesn't already do. When pricing ships, it will be built on a value metric — not a seat count — and it will be transparent about what costs what and why.
When pricing ships, it will be gated on prompt volume — the honest dimension, and the credible one. Every prompt is sampled repeatedly across several models, so volume is a real cost, not an arbitrary limit. Here are the dimensions that will define the tiers.
The gating dimension. Each tracked prompt is sampled across multiple models, so volume reflects real compute cost — not an invented ceiling to push you into a higher tier.
The number of competitors you track. More entities means more sampling, more source analysis, and more ground to cover in each report cycle.
Which models you monitor across. Different models draw on different sources and weight them differently — broader coverage means a more complete picture of your visibility.
Programmatic access to visibility data and the ability to export reports. For teams that want to pipe results into their own dashboards or share them with stakeholders directly.
Before any pricing conversation, you can get a one-time report showing where you appear — and don't appear — across major answer engines for your category. No commitment, no tier selection, no credit card.
The report includes your current visibility score, the competitors the models recommend instead of you, and the specific sources driving those recommendations. It's the same data the paid product runs on — just a snapshot instead of continuous monitoring.
These are the questions pricing will need to answer. We don't have final answers yet — that's the point of the validation period — but we can tell you the direction.
Yes. Annual billing will be available and discounted relative to monthly. The exact discount is part of the tier structure still being validated.
You won't lose visibility data. The most likely approach is a soft cap with overage pricing or an upgrade prompt — not a hard cutoff mid-cycle. The specific thresholds are what we're validating now.
Each competitor entity you track counts as one entity, regardless of how many prompts reference it. Adding and removing competitors will be self-serve. The question of same-category exclusivity — whether a competitor in your category can also be tracked by a rival — is still open.
There will be a concierge engagement for teams that want hands-on analysis and strategy. Whether it's listed publicly on this page or sold only in conversation is one of the open questions. Either way, it exists — ask us directly.
Maybe at launch, maybe after. We're talking to agencies now to understand whether the demand is there and what the right structure looks like. If you're an agency, tell us what you'd need — it directly informs the decision.
